Board Meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 12:00 p.m. at the District Offices located at 3451 South Highway W, Winfield, MO 63389. Guests shall register with the District Clerk prior to attending a meeting and must fill out a Guest Comment and Suggestion Form if they wish to speak during the meeting. Guests will be recognized during the District's Guest and Open Forum at the beginning of each Board Meeting and are limited to three minutes per registered person to speak. Guests are encouraged and free to leave the meeting after this section of the meeting is complete and may not stay for any Closed Executive Session of the meeting.
